Perma-sync comms def don’t work for big groups. Regular sprints of sync comms absolutely work. A monthly zoom call, a quarterly forum, etc Honestly the most boomer thing about me (besides my cringe modernism) is that I firmly believe in a face to face conversation to discuss hard or complex things.
