Might be a hot take in these parts, but: I don’t think society should be focusing on longevity research Quality of life > quantity of life

por que no los dos? i'd argue we have the resources to enable both at scale (besides, longevity is also preoccupied with quality of life for the later parts of it)

Most longevity science is a proxy for this imo, like it’s the same thing The branding has just changed

longevity is literally about quality though you're thinking lifespan but longevity spend as much time on healthspan

100%, I think medical tech should solve medical problems, mostly w/ early detection & correction, but anyone living >110 years is going to have a lot of challenges that end being a ship of theseus solution.
