@jpetrich any ideas about how we can facilitate greater focus and impact without process (aka, bureaucracy)?

The bureaucracy tolerable is that which folks are willing to volunteer to do. If that's sporadic as ppl get the urge to make a proposal, I'm ok with that. I'd be more supportive of this if the group went and delivered an impressive proposal in a week, and then after that got approved asked for funding to continue.
