Devs: Clerk or Auth0 for auth? Or something else?
I had a good experience OTB with Auth0 and pretty straight forward custom OIDC with IdentityServer4(c#) depending your use.. never tried clerk
Clerk works great out of the box! I know the founding team, they’re doing great work.
Auth0 doesn't scale financially for a side project / non-VC-backed company. Their pricing gets crazy with a moderate number of users.
If your project also touches web3, dynamic.xyz might be a good fit 😄 happy to chat about it if you're open to it!
nextauth? clerk had great dx last time i checked, and auth0 seemed very expensive
Have you checked out https://privy.io ? 😏 It's pretty good, and exactly in this space.
