Updated graphics/maps/engine (Source2), new grenade/smoke mechanics, much improved networking code (sub-tick events so the effective tick rate is increased)

I’ve been retraining myself with cs:go the last year or two, hadn’t played in almost 20 years as well (cs source and 1.6). About to start with cs2!
