This + - growth / positive sum mindsets - believe that fellow casters are acting & posting with good intentions. - Having friends with different politics and philosophies and having grown up discussions around them.
yeah, all this and what @ccarella mentioned (minus the friends part*). actually, I have those hopes for every community and place of interaction unless they claim they're the expert group for any topic. *maybe it's just me but I'm not looking for friends in those communities. call me anti-social now ;)
