isn't it just one line of code preventing transfer from happening? this is how we do it after all
I am sure there are implementations of non-transferable ERC721 here and there. They just aren’t prominent. The prerequisite of SBT is universal adoption of on-chain identity but I think we aren’t there.
We’re building one for a sports community, it’s equipped with modular metadata so we users can granularity add / lose traits to change the nft, but can’t transfer it out
ERCs are social consensus and I don’t see a lot of people working on getting alignment like this — especially in tricky identity related areas. This would touch wallets a fair bit, so might be something for Chain Agnostic Standards Association (CASA).

First we have to define what soul is. I mean, how could we pick a worst term? I get tokenbound, walletbound, locationbound, timebound. But soul bound???
