I think if you donā€™t have personal doctors and invest in material to track all your body metrics the blueprint is not that expensive.

Conceptually itā€™s moving in the direction of Blueprint but not going full extreme Measurement, diet, exercise

Iā€™ll let you know in a few months. Have finally shifted some of my habits to make my routine more optimal for a so-so ā€œblueprintā€ Actually kinda fits what @mk mentions with some of the things BJ does. 4days in and Iā€™m feeling more energy than I have in appx 4years.

everyoneā€™s telling you about habit changes but alternatively you could just take the longevity drugs he takes. start by trying to get ur hands on metformin
