What ingredients to you guys hate to see when looking at the ingredients label of a product/food? Can’t say sugar or trans-fats.
What a great question to reveal beliefs 😂 STEVIA: terrible after taste! Erythritol: gives me stomach aches Seed oils: I know I know…there’s just so many alternatives so not worth the risk
I won’t eat/drink anything artificial colored/flavored and will check even at restaurants. I’ll avoid natural flavoring, caramel coloring, soy protein isolates, concentrates, and textured vegetable protein and gums if I can - I won’t buy anything with those in it but will consume if there is no other option.
