I really enjoy beer. But for the last few months I have limited myself to 1 or 2 per week, and I feel better for it.

Awesome! Did you replace your beer habit with something else?

I stopped drinking alcohol in October last year! Definitely lots of trade offs, but overall huge net positive for me - feel better, less hungover so more time on weekends, and slowly it starts to become fun in social situations even when not drinking 👌

I stopped drinking one year ago, almost to the day. Lost weight, sleep better, and my allergies are less onerous. I also drank too much too often. And not good drink, either. T'was a good choice. Weed is better.

I saw this graph years ago and it made me want to limit alcohol in my life. Glad you’re on this path. I felt better for making this decision too. I wish there were more non-alcoholic options. Liquid Deaths marketing has been a helpful way to socialize without the peer pressure

I definitely feel more productive the next day when I skip drinking.

Same here with wine — I used to have a glass with dinner most nights and have since reduced to weekends only, sometimes not even if we don’t go out for a meal. Sleep, energy, concentration, all gone up tremendously. Mood improvement is what I’ve noticed the most though.
