Twitter / X vibes at all time low but i like the way this space here is evolving i’m not sure if it’s just a function of it being small for now, or the modest paywall hope it grows in a positive way let’s do what we can to keep it that way
there’s an emerging vitality here… now to fan the flames.
glad to have you more active here 🫡 any channel you’ll be posting mostly in, or just keeping it general?
My thoughts: it’s easy to “be into web 3” and kinda fake it on Twitter…the people who actually, truly believe in it are here…deeper into decentralization than the speculation/NFT element
I think this is a consequence of the current state of the internet I'm all for tightly knit spaces where you can actually have a conversation, the days of senseless mass pandering are (hopefully) coming to a close
Gambling economy is growing and number one use case for crypto mass market right now is that. Plus the culture trend in the world is tribalism which is also a feature of crypto and is now getting enhanced. Perfect storm.
It’s starting to shed the LinkedIn / ted talk vibes which is a positive development
Just joined here but am enjoying it more and more. I’m excited to see what comes of it
Agreed. I haven’t been on this app for a week and now I regret it bc it’s a lot more chill through all the noise of the bull run
Yeah just came to browse this evening and the vibe is so much better here! Really hoping to see it keep developing in this direction.
The community here has grown through a down period in crypto overall, which I think turned out really positive. Few scammers and shillers, more actual builders who are creating the future of web3.
It’s brutal on x right now. I don’t understand why eth is getting so much hate. It does feel better on here for now at least.
Agreed, probably a combination of both being small for now + paywall
Think is mainly a function of being eth (or op) native hence attracts more of the builders than the shouters
I think it’s a combination of everyone here being early and the “paywall”.
Not gonna lie tho I like twitter for the PvP.. and at least it isn't an echo chamber
