Neither side have a reputation for transparencey A fight between who has the cooler toys. To be on the board for either would be a gold mine of stories and lessons to pass onto worthier founders.

I think they're both ideologically overfitted on compute as commodity money, whereas natural intelligence is the product of watt-optimized compute, and moreover, the actionspace a product of highly conservative genetic information. and of course, intelligent gains as a product of recording/recall, not rare ingenuity.
