People that say "we need a right to bear digital assets" seem to not understand that there is plausible deniability in holding crypto. "Oh, your .eth name holds 10 ETH" - well, but what if I lost that private key just now? How could any of us know whether someone is in control of their crypto right now?

if their IP is picked up by RPC providers like Infura when they connect to Metamask or if they move it to other known addresses
