3 eggs omelette, 3 multi grain breads, papaya/banana/dragonfruit with some tea 💪🏾
A yogurt with granola and a couple sandwiches with whatever is available, usually one with butter + Marmite and another with cheese. Sometimes I do an egg sandwich if I'm feeling fancy ⬇️
I make my own granola at the start of the week. Then I add almonds, coconut chips, apricots and have it with either yogurt or oat milk!. You are jealous aren't you, c'mon admit it.
