Shiny new version of farcord.com shipped for all Sunday folks. New stuff: - Create channels! - Follow channels (non-warpcast included) - Unread states +the usual bug squashing
1. Create channels You can now create any channel using a URL (https:// or chain://). Channels can be shared so anyone can follow it for updates and also cast to it.
2. Follow channels Your fave Warpcast channels will show up by default when signing in, but you can now follow any channels, including non-Warpcast. Here's the farcord channel I created for experimenting with updates and feedback: https://farcord.com/channels?url=https://farcord.com (got some inception vibes there..)
3. Unread states: Followed channels will be highlighted when there are new casts for you to look at. 4. Show client/app in use (easter egg!): You can add `?dev=1` to the URL if you wanna see which apps or clients people are using to post new stuff. Have a sneak peek below
Most of these features are focused on better consuming channels' content. Might focus a bit on the casting experience next. Lmk if you find any issues, most of these are still pretty beta 😅 Stay tuned and enjoy your Sunday!
