anyone using propolis spray and believe in its benefits? seeing casts about people getting sick at ethdenver/conferences, currently feeling ok myself but had been spraying this on the regular since my mother gave me a bottle 🐝

We use it when we feel a sore throat coming on, yet it’s one part of my “stack”. Honey in warm water, less expensive method of immune support. Raw garlic if possible.
