I recently started a bullet journal to get stuff out of my head & on paper. I realized two things, deciding what to put in it & on each page helps organize my thoughts. They flow instantly once I design a page. And I end up wanting to keep up trackers/check boxes b/c by design the pages look better once completed.

i get it! ink and volt makes some well-designed analog planners/notepads for this, but also a fan of straight-up no bullshit legal pads 🙃
