apple watch users - what's your move (active calorie) daily goal? - how often do you hit it?
- 440 calories at the moment - Sometimes is higher though I try to hit goal everyday before raising to 500s
set to 600. hit 1.5x on all active days and aim for 0.8x during active recovery days
1060. Hit it 90% of the time between nyc commute and a daily 3+ mile run
500, missed it five times in the last month. I largely ignore it and focus on HR health and sleep quality instead.
