I found these same stickers on the side of a Mac II that I recently bought. Tried to remove one so that I could stick it to my window and shoulda know the glue was completely used up. Gonna try to use clear packing tape anyway to put it up. Will send a pic!

Some people sell these on eBay and other marketplaces, I thought pretty reasonably as of a few years ago but I haven’t looked in a bit 😉
