Y’all do fasting? I’m 24 hours in. Thinking I’ll for 4-5 days, which will make it the longest fast I’ve tried so far (last one was 72 hours)
I do but no longer than 30+ hours. I feel nervous working out during long fasts (don’t wanna faint upon exertion)
72 hours is my longest, I typically do 18-20 daily. I used to do bi-weekly 24-36hrs fast days and haven’t been as good about that lately. I’m curious to hear how it goes 🤘
I'm doing a 24h fast every Monday, almost too easy. Then intermittent fasting on non-weightlifting days. I would do a 72h fast couple times a year.
i prefer tre with 4h window daily, but fasting is generally a great idea to prolong life ❤️
What are the core benefits of a 4-5 day fast? I’ve had good experiences with intermittent fasting (16/8).
Longest I did was 7 days. Couple of times 3 days. Mostly 20 hr, every day.
2 weeks ago I did 7 days veggie-only diet. For me it worked so much better than 3 day fast. (I can still feel positive aspects of doing it!)
