🙋🏻‍♂️ Ask Me Anything (about startups, fundraising, etc). *Could be interesting to have a guest once a week for @perl - with the best of their AMAs as a collection.

How do you go from idea to actually building a product? I know that this question is pretty broad but I'm currently struggling with this

what's the hardest thing to do as a startup founder? how do you enable folks to act autonomously? how do you balance the tension between moving quickly and keeping everyone aligned on strategy?

what are effective and actionable ways to apply pressure/urgency to close a round? I feel like our startup has been been languishing in the pre-seed. We don't quite have the commitments we need but are also worried about other commitments going stale

let's say you have an idea for a startup and you want to get started on it. You pitch the idea to a few people, they like the idea and might want to contribute but what do you do when their vision for the project isn't as big as yours? like in a way that they only look at the project for on a smaller scale
