-1 cup almond milk -1 scoop chocolate whey -1 spoonful of peanut butter -1 frozen banana -chia seeds -cinnamon -1 date (optional) Does not disappoint!
Every single day I have this: - 1 cup high protein almond milk - 1/2 cup blueberries - 1/2 frozen banana - 1 date - 2 scoops pea protein isolate - 1-2 tbsp almond milk greek yogurt Total is ~50Gs protein
1 part chocolate whey protein powder 1 part dehydrated peanut butter 1 part greek yogurt 3 parts ice dash of cinnamon dash of cayenne pepper [creatine, glutamine, EAAs as desired]
I keep it simple and cheap, 2 a day except for rest day. 2 scoops costco chocolate whey, one scoop flavored greens. 22oz milk. Just had my morning one and moving on to coffee. Sometimes I add pb powder to it.
I’m a simpleton 2 scoops of jocko molk (strawberry) with water. Tastes like milk shake!
