The main factor here is that they issue their own voting guide and many residents simply check down their lists on voting day since it seems “official” So they have an outsized effect on elections compared to the small amount of people that typically vote for them.

is there a plan to get specific people elected to dccc to influence the guide? Or an idea for who would be a better steward for the guide choices?
