cont' From the CRM, I would like to message people at scale, maybe thanking them for the meeting or inviting them to a cocktail. From the CRM, add teammates to the group at scale. From the CRM, automatically populate an icon for the telegram group chats and rename (we use Company | Company for example)

Selfies are a must! One difficulty we have found working with TG is the API. But there could be some work arounds especially with the use of bots and TWA (Telegram Web Apps)
