I’m always tweaking the recipe, this week was on the thicc side and almost a full meal -almond milk -oats -protein powder -spirulina powder -collagen peptides -spinach -walnuts -chia seeds -banana -honey -cacao powder -cinnamon The spinach and spirulina make it a disturbing shade of green
