If you’re on time, you’re late.

In Japan, there is a norm of acting five minutes early.😂

if the boss is werkin' ya better be werkin'🤪

This is a virtue. I learned it working at a restaurant in my teens. Not everyone gets it

That’s also a saying in the military. “If you’re on time you’re late, if you’re early you’re on time” 
Took me awhile to realize not everyone appreciates it when you show up early all the time though 😅.

Your Japanese company sounds like my middle school band. Well, hopefully better than that.
