Yea so I just started trying out levels this past week and can confirm I first hooked it up right after a carb heavy meal… thought I was unknowingly diabetic for a hot second. IMO main problem was my lack of knowledge (and timing of starting lol), but can relate to that stress/ freak out.

That said, I’m definitely a fan of having access to CGM… there are clear lifestyle changes that can impact glucose levels and so I think being able to track is very helpful. Metabolic health is both super important, and a huge issue, particularly with the standard diet of today.

You’re def not alone! Fwiw basically any reading in first 24hr is sus bc of calibration. Plus if you are rockin the Dexcom there’s a 20mg/dl Margin of error in both directions.
