Better web connectivity and health care. As a city boy who made the mistake of also leading a country life 1/2 the year, i feel these 2 needs can be addressed relatively easily, but are choosen not to creating a division around access.

Less people telling them to go to college. Small town America is built on entrepreneurial spirit and self sufficiency. Essentially they need to double down on the “country boy can survive” mentality, which is both liberating and future proof
