Sounds legit. An open chassis that a wallet configures for the individual? Could be fun to plug in NFTs that augment the experience. Ad blocker, spell checker, gas tracker, colourblindness tone shift... Especially if those NFTs are artworks worthy of display too.

A world where each application can define its target execution environment as a dependency sounds good to me — if it can work, and work safely.
