I’m a big proponent of personal gifts. An inside joke? Off color comment they made about something they liked? Or something you see that is their vibe.

An orchid, it’s classy enough and also lasts a long time so it’s not like fresh flowers they have to toss. It’s Toronto summer so it should bloom for at least 3 month and it has great meanings in Asian culture!

Either download some more ram for them or a fun lamp. Everyone always needs more lighting.

+1 for flowers One time I brought my rich friends flowers and Truff hot sauce, they had never tried Truff before and loved it, told me they wound up giving it as gifts too

If you do a consumable like wine and cheese I have a fun little recommendation to add for new esp. youngish homeowners. An old school wall mountable bottle opener with the mountable cap catcher. It's little finishing touches that make a house a home. It can go outside or in a pantry or a kitchen etc.

A house or a mansion? Honestly I would look for something that represents them. I find more pleasure in thoughtful gifts vs a high valued item.
