I’m mostly frontend, have played with hubs

One idea we both like is casts approved by multisig but that’s not entirely possible. Requiring signers to be approved by a multisig is still an option

Also just easily allowing account sharing having a signer being owned by a Safe multi-sig and then allowing any signer of the multi-sig to cast through that Safe account. 

Could be something?

my vote is Farcaster Spaces

We'd use it for our weekly non-dev call.

If for hackathon, maybe make it ENS-based to appeal to a wider audience.
