Every night, no matter how late it gets for me (sometimes between 2-4am 😅), I cook dinner for myself and my husband. What daily rituals do you refuse to break from?
This is absolutely epic of you. The only religious thing I have like this is waking up and falling asleep. I might need to reconsider though.
I wake up at 3am in a flustered state.. Look at my stripe and immediately conduct a small outbound campaign. Get in a couple new users. Go to back to sleep happy.
Wake up in a flip sweat at 5am to check our Meta dashboard refresh to see how many new users we got and how much money we made selling virtual bats the day prior.
Energy drink asap in the morning. I get a bad migraine miss day if i haven't had anything.
I don’t know. Some stuff I do mostly, but every day without fail is a pretty high bar. I guess sleeping and drinking is a daily ritual
Morning chai ☕️. When traveling, I carry an collapsible electric pot to brew chai by boiling tea, sugar, spices, milk and water. Also, many desi folk have their own recipe to make microwave chai that they’ve perfected. You’ll find a crowd discussing the best way to do it in any office kitchen at 4 PM.
Working out as soon as I wake up, dinner at exactly 6pm (or else I just forget to eat), taking a walk with my gf after dinner, journaling right before bed
I'm trans, and for coming up on 6 years, The only people who have seen me unshaven are romantic partners. Shaving is the first thing that I do each morning, even if I'm not planning on leaving the house. Pretty sure It's the only activity I performed without fail.
Technically speaking, if you cook between 2-4am isn’t this a breakfast 🤔😁
Coffee in the morning and drawing or building legos with my daughter before bed.
Hackernews. Streak is daily for past 14 years. It’s almost become a reflex when I’m bored
Foam rolling and stretching. I have a collapsible one for travel. Journal (pen and paper). Warm beverage (usually coffee).
