Product in web3 differs in 2 critical ways: 1) Flywheels are multi-app vs. in one app. For example, a user may start their journey on Coinbase, swap on Uniswap, & then earn interest on Aave 2) Audiences are grown *first* and then a product is shipped to them. This is very different from the pmf playbook in web2
