This is why I'm looking for alternatives to Web2 socials, the noice of the algorithms immediately makes interactions feel artificial, even Odysee feels more organic

Good question, with many good answers! Seems there's some sort of swarm intelligence here that's slowly gathering momentum. I liked David Hoffman's take (from the debrief episode after the recent Bankless interview with @dwr): Farcaster “optimizes for emergence.”

RN. Its low key and not noisy. Its also easy to follow content you are interested in and want to learn from. I suspect this will change as it grows. Seems inevitable.

Welcome! I would say more willingness to engage in real conversation/comments with new people and an assumption of positive intent in the interactions.

This is unfortunately a reflection of farcaster being small. All small community feel similar but this feeling goes away with scale
