I think part of providing that greater UX is lowering fees to near zero. What do you think of data availability layers and offloading data to Celestia, Eigenlayer, Avail...etc? In order to compete on costs I envision every L2/rollup will eventually offload data to a DA layer. Any plans for this @zksync?

Yes absolutely we will provide users with an option to use a different DA layer based on user need (could be feed-driven, privacy-driven, etc).

You should check out zkPorter which is a huge part of what we are building to enable super cheap fees with still strong correctness guarantees (launching soon!)
