Helmet saved my head and goggles my face today. Went out of bounds trying to grab a runaway ski for a stranger. I caught a wood pole. Helmets are great!

+1, saved my life when i was in highschool. although the experience was pretty hard - spent 3 days in hospital - it encouraged all friends to wear helmets :)
