A FC version of og Foursquare would do well. Not a venture-scale business to start but if the hold outs on Swarm are any indication there’s a niche of nerds who love tracking every place they go. Would start with an Expo app and Sign in Farcaster. Don’t even publish the data on the protocol. Just the graph.

If you build this I would be your first user. Don’t have time for much else but if I had a product I could use every day I would give you feedback. Ideal candidate is someone who has a job but craving a serious side project with small potential to turn into a startup. If searching for startup now, bad idea.

true story I never used foursquare, but what are the core features from your perspective. What did/do you like about it?

How do you monetize though? That's the real issue, especially if it's not venture-scale.

Swarm is actually a good idea. I’m like a long time Swarm user and it really helps me see where I went if I visit a place again. And also recommend places. Would be very interesting to build on FC.

@vm this was what I mentioned to you. I want my Swarm data OUT of Swarm and somewhere I can bring anywhere.

I’m bootstrapping something similar right now with a small team. We aren’t planning to add a social component, but Farcaster could fill that gap pretty easily now that you mention it. https://warpcast.com/pfista/0xa255df86
