- Due to the large amount of scam applications, recruiters will often add dealbreaker questions. It is very important that you answer these questions. Once you answer yes/no, you're sorted into a digital "fit" or "not a fit" pile.

6/ If you are in the "fit" pile, a recruiter will manually look through your resume, which only takes 5 seconds. They will either move you to another pile, which is the "interview" pile (automated email to interview) or "discard" pile (automated rejection).
