I have been working with tamagui a bit this year and would recommend. While it is not perfect the team has done a great job and imo has made the right trade offs with their approach to cross platform.

They have a premium offering ‘takeout’ as well that has supabase integration, storybook, and some other stuff if you’re looking for that.

They even have a GitHub bot that will submit PRs to your repo with updates they make to the template.

Feels almost like having a design system team for your hobby projects.
