usecase? Normally you can get same functionality with Next/Nuxt without much effort and easier to scale the later. Vitepress was great when Gatsby et al were a thing. Next/Nuxt cover those usecases well with minimal config/setup

Similarly than other replies to this cast: if you’re not using Next.js probably Astro is the best option for a static site that renders Markdown

I make an alternative called Scroll (https://scroll.pub/) so I think I know the space pretty well. This looks really good, and I think they are doing some very smart technical things (SFC's look nice). I would love to recommend my own thing, but community/ecosystem is far too important so I'd go VitePress.
