Also, adding to the list - Shin Udon in Shibuya, Tokyo is worth any length of queue they have (it moves quick).

Go to spot as soon as I land is Tokyo Abura Soba near shibuya station. It’s different from most types of ramen. It’s soupless but there is spicy oil and sauce at the bottom. When mixed it turns into fusion between Alfredo and Spicy Ramen
