in response to an injustice, activism Instagram posts can go viral immediately. despite the respective issues unfolding with new info in real time, viral posts remain static — spreading outdated info without a means to revise. opportunity for an in-feed dynamic NFT that updates with real time info about an issue.

open questions are 1) whether hashtag activists / slacktivists would want this and, 2) more importantly, who would be the one to create and update the NFT metadata

think it largely misses motivation. they're editorializing, not practicing journalism. who's going to determine what context is important to add?

Feel that the friction it would introduce to viral mechanics would make it too unpopular That said we should want that Would be interesting to have this feature paired with voting mechanics to add friction to virility mechanics to reduce the disinformation spread
