if you're a hacker/builder, what's your favorite arbitrage opportunity you've found/executed on?

i'll start first, in 2020/2021 i automated a way to record instagram lives and upload them to youtube to make passive income, no manual work other than maintenance on the scripts 1. ig user starts livestream 2. bot starts recording 3. when livestream is done, upload video (custom thumbnail, title, description, tags)

A decade ago, when Congress pushed for the $1 coin, one could buy coins from the national mint with a credit card while they didn’t charge the shipping cost. I open 57 credit cards, bought $3k worth of coins each, deposited them in my bank, paid the cards, converted points to miles. Ended up with 9.7M miles on Unite

the biggest arbitrage I've ever executed on was moving thousands of units of dead stock (led zeppelin t shirts that were headed to walmart) from an abandoned trailer to amazon fba. not something I would want to do again tho.

my first "real" coding project was a trading bot that automatically bought dogecoin when Elon tweeted about it and sold 10 mins later

Claimed a free airdrop for Doodles by flash loaning them on NFTX. Almost no profit (the dooplicators went nowhere) but really fun, learned a lot
