My wife, baby and I just moved into our new home in the NY suburbs (port washington). Her sister lives down the street and her mom is a 15-20 min car ride away. They've helped so much already. I've never had support like this before.

also great thing about port washington is the straight shot into penn station on the lirr

Congrats! There's no replacement for family that are close by when you're raising kids. It's the best win-win-win situation possible. Grandparents and fam get to spend as much time as they want with the kids, kids get a variety of adults to learn from, parents get the quality support they need.
