So a month or two ago I acquired SanFranciscoGolf.com (and LosAngelesGolf) and have made a ton of progress on it so far in building. Sharing here for early feedback/ideas! I realized that the search experience for golf in cities is really poor, so I hope to build the "Eater" of golf - ultimate city golf resource. ⛳
It's been so fun to stay up late and coding for fun and passion, I haven't had a personal coding project that i've loved doing for years. It's also amazing how fast I can spin websites up from scratch then years ago, powered by contentful, mapbox, shadcn(amazing!), tailwind, radix, nextjs.
Looking good. Would like to see reviews/recommendations more prominent. Was using 18Birdies to look at SF courses a few weeks ago.
