That’s so true - plus the interviews are insane now…all kinds of rounds and quizzes that I’m very skeptical have any evidence at all supporting that they help select-in good employees

I've honestly said "no thank you" to a couple of these that just honestly seemed like a waste of time. Kinda feels like a test to see how much absolute bullshit youre willing to put up with on a regular basis. Not that i turn down all jobs with tech-interviews, but if it veers far outside of my area of focus, 👎
