😩 this so much but what about the fall of the average attention span which sounds like it could’ve been a large catalyst in the fall of the mid-budget blockbuster

I was trying to describe this to someone about like the style of movies in the 2000s/early 2010s that "they don't make anymore", struggled to explain it, but mid-budget blockbuster is the perfect descriptor
