gm, over the last few weeks I've been shredding some weight and now i got down to 79kg from 84kg my goal is 78kg and then start lifting weights again ngl, i am going to have a nice vegan english breakfast the day i get to 78 🫣
“Vegan” and “English breakfast” are inherently incompatible.
Gm boro! I’m so freaking out of shape and hoping to get back into the weightlifting soon too…but determined I’m *so* sedentary that I likely need a couple of months of stretching/yoga-ish activity before I can even consider doing it and avoiding injury. We just had vegan croissants here for breakfast - yum!

I got down from 88 to 71 in 3 months. Changed my diet to no carbs, daily stationery cycling, tabata HIIT x3/week
I'm trying to get my weight up, but no matter how much I eat I'm still super skinny and underweight. 🥲 Food intolerances make it harder.
