Creatine is a resorce supplement. There are many benefits being found in testing all the time. So, it's basically just good for you.

You have been on creatine your whole life, just like everyone else because your body naturally produces it. Supplementing it can have significant benefits, which is why just about every strength or physique athlete takes it. Only negative for me is consuming on an empty stomach, don't recommend.
