We will deal with it iteratively. Reality is everyone signing up for Farcaster is paying the protocol money.
You can easily recover from mistakenly being too iron-fisted (by manually walking back the penalty of the few false positives) but it’s harder to recover from the subtle damage that being too light-handed creates.
